• We do not offer returns or exchanges for our products unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
